Our company has an unlimited supply of "Local to the Debtor" telephone numbers in all area codes. These local numbers display on a debtor's caller ID as if the call originated from the debtor's home town. The call from the agency is made using the agencies telephone service. When the debtor returns the call (using the local number), it terminates at the agency shop, and usage is paid by Voice Connect. The debtor never pays for a call.
People tend to ignore calls from 800 numbers. If an agency chooses to simply disconnect when voice mail answers, the local number will remain on the debtor's caller ID. The process is effortless if the agency dialer randomly chooses a number to display from a supply of numbers in the debtors area code.
The phone numbers are owned by the agency. Voice Connect fees include unlimited usage and are based upon the amount of numbers an agency owns in each area code. An agency would only want numbers in an area code with debtors..
